1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
Software licenses or digital products once activated or downloaded.
Customized or special-order items (unless damaged or defective).
Services already rendered.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
Contact our support team at sales@nexsel.tech with your order ID, reason for the refund, and photographic proof (if applicable).
Once verified, we will provide instructions for return shipment (if required).
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
If the refund is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the refund policy will apply instead.
