Vishal Bhosale is the CEO and Founder of Nexsel Tech Pvt Ltd with 10+ years of experience in artificial lighting for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). Under his leadership, Nexsel has developed 65+ proprietary light spectra for tissue culture, speed breeding, vertical farming, supplemental greenhouse lighting, indoor green walls, algae cultivation, and grafting applications.

Nexsel's lighting solutions are currently used across 16 countries, supported by a unique 4-step spectra development process, advanced growth chambers, and AI-based validation systems.

In 2023, Vishal received the ACE Game Changer Award for contributions to plant growth optimisation in specialised growing environments.
